Information you share
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address and school or organisation name. You may also provide your phone number, role, school type and a message about your requirements. The form records your agreement to be contacted about that enquiry.
For newsletter requests, we collect your name, email address and explicit consent to be contacted about joining The Learning Shift and receiving newsletter updates. Requests are saved for our team to follow up.
Please provide only information relevant to your request. Do not include student records, passwords, medical information or other sensitive personal information in these public forms.
How we use information
We use enquiry details to respond to you, understand your school’s needs, arrange a demo and discuss a suitable proposal. We also use recent enquiry records to limit repeated submissions and help protect the forms from misuse.
We use newsletter request details to manage your request and, with your consent, provide newsletter updates. To withdraw that consent or ask to stop receiving updates, contact [email protected].
The enquiry form asks for your consent to use your details to respond. Where relevant, further processing may be necessary to take steps you request before entering a service agreement, meet legal obligations or protect the operation and security of the website.

Enquiries are stored in our website’s enquiry system and are available to authorised staff handling school requests. Children and school enquiries
